Inna Fayenson

General Counsel

Inna Fayenson has nearly 30 years of experience in all aspects of intellectual property and technology-related matters, including licensing, distribution, marketing, research, strategic alliance and joint venture arrangements, as well as in handling corporate, commercial and employment matters, such as private and public financings, mergers and acquisitions, employee confidentiality, and non-competition and intellectual property assignment agreements. She has been OMD´s legal advisor since 2005, and joined the company as in-house counsel in 2014. Prior to that, she practiced at a number of New York law firms, and in her own private practice, advising clients in a broad range of industries, including high tech and software, e-commerce, new media, marketing, publishing, fashion and architecture.

Ms. Fayenson has taught as an adjunct professor at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and Hofstra University, published numerous articles on intellectual property and internet issues, and was a legal commentator for the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty - Russian Broadcasting Service in the 1990s.  She graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University (B.A. magna cum laude 1985) and Harvard Law School (J.D. cum laude 1988).
