Our company is a partner of major banks, market centers, brokers, and information providers around the world. 

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR team and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. 

Technical Recruiter’s responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs across the world(EU, UK).

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a pipeline of highly qualified local talent in key targeted areas to work remotely
  • Key positions are Python developers, DevOps, Implementation engineers, operations engineers, cloud security engineers, support engineers, and project managers
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle process from sourcing to hiring
  • Source, phone- screen and deliver qualified candidates, as per the given requirements, timelines and budget
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of OneMarketData recruitment strategies

Requirements and skills

  • 2-6 yrs of IT recruitment experience (end-to-end hiring cycle)
  • IT Recruiter with the local market knowledge and experience recruiting in Europe or UK
  • Strong command of talent sourcing through direct/passive channels
  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence
  • Ability to establish networking through social media such as LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.
  • Strong communication & client interaction skills
  • Experience in advanced sourcing techniques
