Leonid Frants

President and Founder

Before founding OneMarketData in 2004, Dr. Frants accumulated more than 15 years of financial software and data management experience building key analytical infrastructures for the proprietary Quantitative Trading and Program Trading businesses of Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1996 and joined Goldman's Equities Statistical Arbitrage group in 1998, where he contributed to developing trading strategies and implemented backtesting frameworks. Dealing with the stringent historical data quality needs of quantitative strategy research led him to conceive and build a dedicated team to build the comprehensive equities data management and data analytics solution which ultimately grew to serve the global needs for the entire equities division. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Dr. Frants developed scalable client portfolio analytics solutions at Morgan Stanley.

Dr. Frants received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University, and degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

Oleg Yatvitskiy

Senior Vice President of Engineering

Before joining OneMarketData, Mr. Yatvitskiy worked for Goldman Sachs' Statistical Arbitrage and Quantitative Strategies groups where he built analytical high frequency data solutions and gained a unique understanding of the tick data domain and real-time market data content. Mr. Yatvitskiy's prior experience includes designing network and Internet content collection and mediation systems based on in-memory databases for Apogee Networks as well as cable layout and management systems for Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Yatvitskiy has M.S. and B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Brooklyn Polytechnic and a B.S. degree in Radio Engineering from Minsk University.

Richard Chmiel

Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing

Richard Chmiel, vice president of global sales and marketing, brings more than 25 years of senior-level sales and marketing expertise to OneMarketData. Previously, Mr. Chmiel was vice president of worldwide sales and customer support at Skyler Technology, an innovator in ultra low latency market data solutions for the capital markets. At Skyler, he cultivated and maintained relationships with a multitude of top bulge bracket firms. Prior to joining Skyler, Mr. Chmiel was director of New York sales at Latent Zero, an international technology firm that specializes in developing complete front-office solutions for the buy-side community. Before Latent Zero, Mr. Chmiel was senior managing director at SunGard Trading Systems, where he spearheaded the revenue growth and product expansion of the firm's most lucrative accounts including Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Prior to SunGard, Mr. Chmiel was director of sales and marketing at BrokerTec USA LLC, where he was part of the original management team that took BrokerTec from a business plan to a successful fixed income electronic trading enterprise. Mr. Chmiel also has held senior and executive-level sales and marketing positions at Bloomberg and Drexel Burnham Lambert.

Mr. Chmiel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.

William Guttman

Senior Advisor

Dr. William Guttman is Distinguished Service Professor of Economics and Technology and Special Advisor to the Provost at Carnegie Mellon University. He was part of the founding group of Carnegie Mellon's CyLab - one of the world's largest university-based research initiatives focused on the dependability and security in software and networked systems. He also serves as Chairman of Carnegie Mellon's education management company, iCarnegie, Inc.

Dr. Guttman has helped build a number of technology companies, including Printcafe (NASDAQ:PCAF, acquired by NASDAQ: EFII), which he co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO. He has previously served in various advisory capacities for the United States, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the OECD. He is the author of Pacific Asian Capital Markets (OECD/Oxford & IBH), among numerous other publications and patents. He completed his Master's and Doctoral degrees at Balliol College, Oxford University, where he was a British Council Scholar.

Alec Miloslavsky

Senior Advisor

Mr. Miloslavsky is a co-founder and head of product development and strategy of Exigen Group. Prior to his time with Exigen, Mr. Miloslavsky co-founded Genesys, where he served as the CTO and vice chairman. At Genesys, Mr. Miloslavsky was responsible for the complete technology strategy across three lines of business. After going public, Genesys was acquired by Alcatel for $1.2 billion. At Exigen, Mr. Miloslavsky provides leadership guidance for product development, technology strategy, marketing and solution delivery.

Mr. Miloslavsky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Berkeley University.
